ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
All purchases via our site must be submitted using correct and current personal information provided. Each individual must provide their full and correct name, phone number, address, email address and any other relevant information required to action your order deemed necessary by The UNDONE.
You must provide valid and correct payment details at the time of placing an order and failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful order transaction and any legal implications caused by using false or stolen information.The UNDONE is available only to those individuals who meet these terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to The UNDONE, whose applications are acceptable and have been authorised for The UNDONE to process, charge or make changes on their credit/debit card to the amount of the total purchase price or the total price of all products/goods they wish to purchase including any taxes, delivery or other international fees relevant to delivery of such products/goods. Products/goods purchased are for individual use only and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Additionally The UNDONE reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.By ordering and engaging with The UNDONE as a member or guest customer you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where The UNDONE feels it necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from other third parties to authenticate your identity and validate your present and past credit/debit cards provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and all items, including those in your cart, are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers on the site at any stage or time during the purchasing process of the items.Occasionally we will allow you to make payment for stock that is not currently available, but has been ordered and verified from our suppliers to be received at a later date. This pre-order transaction will allow you to have priority and once we receive the stock you will be alerted and your order will be completed. We do not take any responsibility if the stock becomes unavailable via our supplier. If this occurs you will be offered a refund of the advanced payment which will be placed back on the original payment method provided within 30 days of being advised that the stock has become unavailable. The UNDONE will store a record of your transaction and details even if the order is unable to be completed.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order and proceeded through the payment process you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order and it is being processed based on its validity and availability.Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between yourself and The UNDONE will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in NSW, Australia and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of The UNDONE.We reserve the right to not accept/reject your order if we are: unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered has become out of stock or does not satisfy our control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet our eligibility criteria.
The UNDONE may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. The UNDONE will not be liable to you, or any third party, by reason of our; withdrawing any merchandise from the site (whether or not that merchandise has been sold), removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.Whilst every effort is made to ensure that details on our website are accurate, occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including incorrect pricing), and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
GIFT CARDS & CREDIT NOTES
The UNDONE Virtual Gift Cards and Credit Notes are sold/allocated subject to the following terms and conditions: (Please note - these terms and conditions DO NOT apply to any sale, discount or promotional codes, which are identified on the 'Returns' page)
- Gift Cards & Credit Notes are valid for 3 years from date of purchase if your gift card or credit note was issued after 30th of September 2017.
- Gift Cards & Credit Notes can be redeemed against all products on www.TheUNDONE.com
- Gift Cards & Credit Notes are non-transferable, can only be used on www.TheUNDONE.com
- May not be returned or redeemed for cash.
- If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card or Credit Note, the remaining balance will be available and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid via an alternate payment method.
- If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to you as store credit and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the purchaser once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.
- The UNDONE is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card or Credit Note to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- The UNDONE is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- The UNDONE reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or Credit Note if we deem such action necessary.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with an The UNDONE Gift Card and Credit Note.
All promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No more than one promotional code can be applied at checkout or to an order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. The UNDONE reserves the rights to cancel or refuse the usage of any promotional code at any time.
All promotional codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied to any previous or retrospective orders. We have the right to refuse use of any promotional code for any reason. The times of use will be outlined in the marketing material, the code can not be used outside of this time.
Items purchased during a sale, flash sale, using a discounted promotional code, or discounted via a sale code, are not eligible for 'change of mind' (including wrong size, colour, style or item purchased) return and The UNDONE reserves the right to deny any returns/exchanges requested, unless the item is faulty or damaged. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & COLOUR
The UNDONE makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. Our customer service team can assist with any questions regarding further information on our products. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.
