Due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine we have made the decision to suspend all orders to Russia until further notice. 

*Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, upon placement (MON-FRI). Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 2 business days prior to shipping.

^Same-Day Delivery service is eligible for Sydney Metro orders only. If you are unsure if your address meets this requirement, please don't hesitate to contact customer service. For delivery within the same business day (orders delivered by 7pm) orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Friday (AEST). Any orders placed after this time, or placed on a weekend or public holiday, will be delivered within the next business day. (Please note - we do not offer same-day delivery on any public holidays). A signature upon delivery is required for all same-day orders. Orders that receive an unsuccessful delivery will be returned to The UNDONE for re-delivery via our standard shipping service.

Please note that stated transit times are estimates only and may be influenced by factors beyond The UNDONE and our nominated shipping parties reasonable control. For example, customs and quarantine processing requirements, weekends and public holidays. The UNDONE does not guarantee transit times or represent that transit times will be achieved. 



Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID.

You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

You can also track your order via the ‘My Account’ page. Simply log into your account and select the order you would like to track. Shipment details for each order will be provided.

If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team.



A signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders, at which point the customer will then be responsible for the goods. Any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of delivery fulfilment and therefore responsibility is transferred from that moment.

If you do not receive your order, and it is returned directly to The UNDONE, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment. The additional shipping cost to resend the order, will not be covered by The UNDONE and will require payment. If you do not wish to organise a redelivery of the order, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded plus an additional return post charge reflecting our standard shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund or credit.

All orders are subject to quality control checks and review, prior to shipment by our packing team. If your order is damaged, or if there is an item missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, quoting your order number. 

If the package appears damaged or opened upon receiving your order, do not accept or open the package. *If you do accept the package, notify The UNDONE customer service team immediately. The packaging must be kept for further verification, and may be requested to resolve any disputes (photographic evidence can be supplied). *If you do not accept the package, and the order is returned directly to The UNDONE, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment, pending confirmation the order has been quality checked.

PLEASE NOTE: The UNDONE does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receivers expense.  For New Zealand orders over NZ$1000, a client code must be provided to accept the order. This code must be supplied by the individual receiver, to customs before the shipment can be released for delivery. For Russian/Russian Federation orders, we can ship to business addresses only, no private addresses are acceptable. No jewellery is accepted by Russian/Russian Federation customs. We are currently unable to deliver Jewellery to Russia as it is not accepted through Russian customs.
