Handmade in Chania, a city on the northwest coast of the Greek Island Crete, made from 100% black leather, Maria Farro sandals are made for maximum comfort, that will soften and mould to the foot with wear. 

Due to its handmade construction, please note there may be natural marks on the leather that are not deemed a fault but rather a sign of ethical, slow fashion.

  • Please note, when trying on shoes we recommend you try on a carpeted/soft surface, to ensure the soles remain unmarked. We are unable to accept returns where the soles show any signs of wear.

Material and Care

  • As this item is crafted using a leather sole we recommend avoiding any contact with water. To extend the life of your shoe and safeguard it from damage we recommend applying a rubber sole protector.
  • Natural Leather Protector is recommended before wear. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and avoid wet weather.
  • Marks and variations in the leather are not considered a fault but are inherent to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the leather.
  • When not in use we advise to store your Maria Farro product in its protective bag and to occasionally treat it with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated.
